Return and Refund Policy

Central Florida Learning Academy has a 7-day return policy. Each customer has 7 days after making the purchase to request an online return authorization via email at info@centralfloridalearningacademy.com.

To be eligible for a return, the child must not have attended any classes.

To initiate an online sale return, please contact us at info@centralfloridalearningacademy.com. You will be emailed a return form to complete. If your return is accepted, Central Florida Learning Academy will send a return shipping label.

Exchanges

The quickest way to ensure a refund is to contact Central Florida Learning Academy and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for a new service.

Refunds

We will notify you once we have received your return request, and inform you whether the refund is approved or denied. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method. Please remember that it may take up to 7-10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund as well.
